Resident Actor - Alvin CHIAM

A journeyman actor that has plied his trade largely within the local Chinese theatre scene, Alvin has called The Theatre Practice his home for the last few years. Notable production credits include The Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Family, One Hundred Years in Waiting, Aesop Queried, Animal Farm, The Waterloo Murders, The Coffin is Too Big for the Hole, Bloody Mary and Salty Dog (Page to Stage), News Theatre (Drama Box), and Invisibility (Drama Box).

Alvin is also an experienced drama educator, bringing the joy of drama into schools and classrooms through school-touring performances and drama classes for the youth.
